Too Good to Go - Inbound Sales Specialist

Too Good To Go is the world's number 1 app for fighting food waste and present in 16 countries now. We reduce food waste by making surplus food from any food stores available to citizens. The magic of Too Good To Go has been spreading rapidly across Europe and America! We have big, big plans to grow rapidly and build an always stronger and bigger team of the most engaged and talented Waste Warriors.

Your missions:

As an Inbound Specialist, you are in charge of turning interest into passion: contact all stores as fast as possible and sell Too Good To Go as a Queen/King to turn everyone into an ambassador! Inbound Sales is responsible for spreading our values to all new partners: “First impressions count."



Your role:

PHONE SALES:

  • Negotiation and persuasion: you use your best arguments to convince the stores that reached out to us to join Too Good To Go and fight against food waste.

  • Set up the best offer to fit the stores’ needs and empower them to sell their leftovers.

  • Train the stores and their employees on using our platform to get rid of their food waste.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

  • Follow up with the stores: you will keep the relationship with the store for 6 weeks to set things up well with them and maximize their impact.

EXPERTISE:

  • You will be able to develop an expertise linked to your missions: plenty of great subjects to dig in come up to have even more impact in France and globally. For example: Optimize new sales processes, sales coaching, data analysis, synergy with other teams...: Your strengths and your focus will be important in order to keep scaling and impacting our fight against food waste !


Your profile:

  • You already had an experience in sales (+1 year work experience or internships).

  • You’re a terrific talker (and listener) with the ability to quickly connect and establish a relationship with potential partners - bakeries, restaurants, cafes and more.

  • Zero fear of the phone and the tenacity to keep trying when things get tough.

  • You’re rigorous and organized: you like to get things done well.

  • You’re data-driven, having already worked with Salesforce, Aircall and a basic knowledge of Excel are a huge plus.

  • You’re independent, you know how to schedule your time to handle and follow several projects at a time.

  • You’re a team player, and know how to work with your team, create synergy with other teams and fight together.
