Au sein du département Banquiers Privés de Rothschild Martin Maurel, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) de Banquier Privé.

Missions

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Travail quotidien sur les mouvements et le fonctionnement des comptes.

• Versements, rachats, changements des mandats pour les contrats d’assurance vie.

• Ouverture des comptes, saisie des ordres dans Market Plus.

• Préparation des rendez-vous pour les banquiers privés.

• Contact avec les clients par téléphone/e-mail.

• Régularisation des MIFS, CNI, mandats de gestion pour chaque rendez-vous client.

• Interface entre le banquier et les différents services de la Banque (Back Office, RAC, service juridique…)

Profil

• Expérience significative en assistanat de banquier privé

• Connaissance de l’environnement bancaire et marchés financiers

• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et Power Point

• Un bon niveau d’anglais est un plus
