COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT •Suivi & modération des commentaires sur l’ensemble de des réseaux sociaux de la maison en lien avec le customer service ANALYSE & PERFORMANCES •Création de rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels et par campagne des activités sur les réseaux sociaux : analyse des performances des activités gérés au niveau HQ et centralisation des rapports social media des filiales INFLUENCE •Suivi de la stratégie d’influenceurs avec l’agence externe et les filiales •Suivi des opérations de seeding et des collaborations •Veille et analyse des performances pour toutes les actions d’influence

Profil recherché

  • Master en Communication, Publicité, Marketing ou Digital.

  • Une première expérience significative en social media ou en digital (annonceur ou agence)

  • Maitrise des réseaux sociaux internationaux et locaux

  • Première expérience avec un outil de publishing et d’analyse des postes organiques

  • Bilingue : Anglais / Français

  • Présence active sur les réseaux sociaux
