LEGO - Trade Marketing eCommerce Manager - France & Iberia

Do you want to take embark on an exciting journey to reach more children with the amazing LEGO experience and to develop our online capability in France, Spain and Portugal?

Join the French-Iberian LEGO Trade Marketing Team to help us translate marketing plans into visible action and look at innovative and exciting ways to engage shoppers with a wider product base both in-store and online.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual online activation calendar for omnichannel and pure player retailers.

  • Input into the regional strategy to influence the activation of the calendar and the campaigns' toolboxes.

  • Use your digital expertise to plan outstanding campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure outstanding execution of the campaigns and seamless experience across on and offline channels.

  • Build the eCommerce trade marketing capability across our function.

  • Contribute to defining performance indicators of key campaigns to drive continuous improvement.

  • Work with agencies to tailor campaign assets to fit our priority retail partners and their local needs to ensure the successful implementation of our campaigns.

  • Bring innovation to boost the LEGO brand's online visibility.

  • Drive instore campaigns and shopper & consumer's activations in all channels including brick and mortar when relevant.

The focus of this role is to deliver best in class shopper and consumer’s experience across all digital platforms working in close collaboration with our marketing and sales partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent working experience

  • 5 years+ of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing in a premium consumer goods brand, digital agency or retailer

  • Shopper-centric orientation with proven track-record of acting and developing shopper's insights

  • A passion & curiosity for eCommerce and future trends

  • Full understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, and the dynamics of eCommerce and Omnichannel

  • Previous experience of instore retail marketing would be an advantage.

  • Agility to juggle with a wide range of international partners

  • A great teammate to join a fantastic team

  • Excellent command of Spanish or French language

  • Fully proficient in English

  • Ability to use Photoshop
