Under the area manager and alongside the commercial coordinator, your principal mission is: Wholesale management and sales administration in the APAC region Functions include but are not limited to: CLIENT RELATIONS ・Preparation of client portfolios and scheduling client RDVs in advance of showrooms ・Monitoring compliance with recommended prices ・Monitor client payments and coordination with credit management ・Prepare and coordinate shipments of client materials ・Create, update, and coordinate new client portfolios in partnership with the area manager ・Follow-up and draft client correspondence in support of the area manager ANALYSES AND SALES ・Sell-in and sell-out analyses for turnover and product lines, twice per month ・Recurring and ad-hoc analyses, document preparation, and reporting ・Ensure zone reporting according to clients and budget tracking ・Analyses of resale rates ・Coordination and collaboration with other wholesale zones and merchandising teams SHOWROOM PARTICIPATION ・Active showroom participation and support including presentation of the collection, direct communication with clients and zones ・Prepare analyses of previous orders to aid in the communication. ・Prepare client showroom summaries ・Entering and validating client order on JOOR MARKET STUDIES ・Study the wholesale and online markets ・Prepare distribution mappings, sales trends, and communication summaries

Profil recherché


  • Degree in commerce, finance, business, management, or similar

  • A passion for RTW and excellent knowledge of the luxury and fashion industries

  • Organized, adaptable, rigorous, autonomous, and able to successfully manage priorities

  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to anticipate, listen, and understand the needs of a variety of internal and external customers

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite / Pack Office including advanced Excel knowledge

  • Knowledge of Orli and JOOR software is a plus

  • Fluent or Native English is a plus

  • Mandarin, Japanese or Korean speaking is a plus
