At Aircall, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join our collaborative, creative, and talented team. In this role, you will be a key member of a team that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll start out with an emphasis on Sales Enablement in the EMEA region, supporting our Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams with the tools they need to grow the business.
Your mission @Aircall:
Become an expert in our product, our market, and especially our customers and buyers with a focus on the EMEA market
Craft stories to communicate Aircall’s unique value proposition in a way that resonates with each buyer persona and use-case
Support the Field, Digital and Content Marketing teams with product, market and buyers knowledge and messaging to support various campaigns and initiatives
Understand the sales process and prioritize the tools that will have the greatest impact on increasing win rates and driving deals forward
Create and maintain competitive battle cards to help Sales address competition, and help tracking impact and improving adoption
Develop collateral such as one-sheets, slides, and videos that help move buyers through the funnel
Support the rest of the PMM team in maintaining the Sales collateral repository (Highspot), and help improving adoption from Sales and Customer Success teams
Collaborate with the Sales Training Manager to ensure training content is always relevant and up-to-date
Help build our library of customer success stories and testimonials, and find creative ways to share them both internally and externally
Stay flexible, positive, solution oriented and creative
A little more about you:
Fluent in English and ideally another language (German is a plus) with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
2+ years of marketing or customer-facing experience for a B2B technology product
A strong team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
A problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and is not afraid to take risks
A proactive communicator who is excited to take initiative and has outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
A left- and right-brain thinker who is both creative and analytical
A global-minded individual who is energized by working with a diverse and international team
An excellent storyteller who understands how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs
